This Colour Membership is designed to provide consistent, high-quality colour services at exclusive member rates. By joining, you agree to the following terms:

Inclusions

Your Colour Membership includes the following services, depending on your selected tier:

• Root Regrowth Maintenance

• Foils

• Gloss/Toner Refresh

• Express Treatment + Blow dry

• Member-Only Pricing on Add-On Services (e.g., foils, styling, cuts)

Full details of each membership tier and inclusions are provided upon signup.

Usage Guidelines

• Membership services must be used within the year and do not roll over.

• Appointments are subject to stylist availability and must be pre-booked in advance.

• We recommend maintaining regular intervals as advised by your stylist to maximise results.

Membership Conditions

• Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

• Colour services are limited to the inclusions outlined in your membership. Additional services will incur standard fees or exclusive member rates.

Pausing or Cancelling Membership

• You may pause your membership with 7 days’ notice 

• Maximum pause period: 12x weeks (per 6-month period)

Holiday & Salon Closure Periods

Memberships will be extended to accommodate salon closures or public holiday shutdowns.

Important Notes

• Memberships do not include colour corrections, major lightening services, or full colour transformations.

• Excessive colour build-up, missed appointments, or extended time between visits may result in additional charges.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, inclusions, or terms with 30 days’ written notice.
